Watch the Game of Thrones Audition Reels while you contemplate the mysteries of Kit Harington's Hair

Bran Stark (Isaac Hempstead-Wright) is going to be back for season six of Game of Thrones, bringing his Hodor with him.  While it will be great to see the pair again, it's the possibilities they bring with them that's really exciting for all the Jon Snow fans. 

Hempstead-Wright himself hinted to the Irish Examiner “I can’t say a lot, but I am back this season, and it’s going to get particularly interesting with Bran. He has some interesting visions.”

He can't say a lot? What else is new? The current theory is that while the show so far hasn't made a huge deal out of Bran's psychic powers, it may be Bran's visions that can bring our Jon Snow back.


As Vanity Fair pointed out: 
With many of the secrets of Westeros lost and gone forever after the death of characters like Aemon Targaryen, Ned Stark, Tywin Lannister, etc., it might be up to Bran and his visions to uncover some of the lingering mysteries of the realm. In Bran’s last chapter in the book the mysterious Bloodraven—you remember, the guy who was entangled in all those tree roots—told him:
"Once you have mastered your gifts, you may look where you will and see what the trees have seen, be it yesterday or last year or a thousand ages past ... The singers carved eyes into their heart trees to awaken them, and those are the first eyes a new greenseer learns to use … but in time you will see well beyond the trees themselves.

The magazine points out it may be via Bran that the mysteries of Jon Snow’s origin are solved at last. And, as fans all over the Westeros map keep saying, why bother digging into the mystery of Jon Snow's beginnings, if you don't plan on bringing him back? Don't ask Hempstead-Wright, like the entire cast he's good at keeping mum. But he doesn't rule it out.
 “I wish he would (come back) because I love Kit and because the character’s so cool. Who knows? We start filming series six at the end of this month (July) so we’ll see.”
We love Kit too. Especially his hair, which, as lots of Wimbledon watchers noted, still looks an awful lot like Jon Snow's.

Didn't much care for that line call, eh Kit? 

While GoT production gets under way in a couple of weeks, I wouldn't expect much leakage from the set. Nope, we're going to have to wait months for season six to hit the air. Yes, It's gonna be a cold, lonely summer. And fall as well; we'll be lucky if we see the wall before midwinter. In the meantime, my son turned me on to this awesome compilation of Game of Thrones audition tapes.  Enjoy.
